Therapeutic Massage
Soothing music and a cozy atmosphere will relax your mind as your body unwinds with a warm neck wrap. The heated table will soften your muscles from the moment you lay down and you will naturally begin to deepen each breath.
Each session is created to fit your body's needs using Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point release, myofascial release, and Shiatsu to increase flexibility, improve circulation, and release hypertonic muscles. Each technique utilized will depend on the needs of your body and your specific requests. Whether it is easing the stress of a busy life, relaxing from head to toe, decreasing chronic pain and locked muscles, or repairing and restoring injury.
The goal is to relieve the tension throughout your body, helping to calm your mind and nurture your soul.
The sessions are offered as followed:

In order to provide each person with the best possible service a prompt arrival for all appointments is requested.
24 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
You are responsible for will be billed the total amount of your scheduled service for missed appointments without due notice.
Infant Massage
Beyond the Bump 5 week course structured to teach parents and caregivers a fun and rewarding way to sooth your baby. Pressure, rate, rhythm, the length of the massage, respect, bonding, why babies cry, babies’ body language, relaxation, and parent empowerment are some of the skills and topics you will learn. Group or private sessions available.

Doula Service (currently unavailable)
"Doula" comes from the Greek word meaning "servant" or "handmaiden" and it is used to describe a healthcare professional who offers educational, physical and emotional support to a pregnant woman and her family - before, during and after the birth of their child. A massage doula provides increased skill and experience in prenatal and postpartum massage treatments to accommodate the body's changes throughout pregnancy and afterbirth.
Whether the birth takes place in a hospital, birth center or at home - whether the baby is delivered by a doctor or midwife, a massage doula is a valuable asset to any birth team.
